1. Needs assessment and consultation

First, we need to understand your idea, objectives, core processes and goals. We need to understand your concept, especially Capacity (e. g. product/hour), Bakery type, Type of manufacturing process, Detailed recipes and product ingredients, Product logistics, Conditions of the location, Number of staff and their expertise. Then we explore the possibilities to create the perfect solution for your needs.

2. Planning

We determine the best approach to reach your objectives. Planning the process of manufacturing technology Working out various technological solutions Planning to align work processes Agreement with potential manufacturers, request for quotation We will optimize the process explore ways of maximizing the most efficient process.

3. Quotation

Presenting and specifying the manufacturing technological solutions in accordance with our client (with quotations and technical drawings). In cooperation with you we define equipment expectations, schedules, floor layout, and KPIs that ensure results.

4. Agreements and orders

We discuss key parameters with our clients and plan together the perfect solution. In accordance with the quotation and agreed parameters we prepare and sign the contract.

5. Manufacturing and shipping

In accordance with the client’s needs, machines and equipment are expected to be manufactured in 3-12 months. The shipping of the machines depends on the method and place of shipment.

6. Assembly end-to-end installation

We provide end-to-end installation, line commissioning and programming of machines, testing client’s products, setting product recipes and training client’s staff on the proper use of machines.

7. Maintenance and providing parts

To ensure continuous work process, our colleagues start troubleshooting within 24 hours. We provide expert field support to get you up and running quickly, factory parts, carrying out regular maintenance, as well as warranty and specific maintenance.

TurnKey Projects

We have created 500+ bakery projects of 30 – 20000 m2 at customer’s request, from designing the project to the realization as “turnkey” solution and support process automatization, defining of machines and lines layout in Your production plan and facility layout with installation connections Installing the equipment, staff training and education.
